The effects of shutter speed in photography

If you are into camera and photography, you will need to know about shutter speed. Most tech-savvy photographer will know about shutter speed and its effect.

Like many gizmo gadget, a camera, especially an SLR, is quite a technical piece of gadget.

Basically, shutter speed determines how movement will be displayed in the image. It is the rate by which the shutter of the aperture shuts.

The effect of different shutter speeds are as follows:
Firstly, delayed shutter speed will cause motion to appear as blurred smoky form in the image. When using slow shutter speed, it is advisable to mount it on a tripod. A flexible tripod will be very handy.

Secondly, rapid shutter speed will cause clearer and more detailed mobile objects to be recorded on the resulting shot.

Blurred images from slow shutter speed is not always a bad things. It can be used for artistic expressions. Fast shutter speed, can be used to capture shots that are otherwise not humanly possible to detect.
