“Thank you your holiness, what a touching speech.”
“Your holiness, thank you. I was touched by your sentiment.”
“Thank you you holiness, what a moving speech.”

All these would be acceptable statements if made by a world leader to the leader of the Catholic Church. But, what did United States President George W.
