Many kinds of herbs are used by these restaurants that make use of these vaporizers. Majority of these restaurants make use of the warmly-scented spices like the mace, cloves, cinnamon and even star anise. When used in regular kind of cooking, these herbs may overpower and spoil the dish. But when these herbs and spices are used as aroma via the use of these vaporization devices, the aromatic smoke produced gives the dishes on the table that complexity and finesse that makes dishes one of a kind.
