There is a great new web development forum that was started on January 1st this year.  It is called CSS4.net and it is run by an expert web designer and coder.  The forum is a community of developers, programmers and webmasters and although CSS and HTML are the major categories, there are also broader webmaster topics like domain names, search engine optimization and photoshop.  The most popular categories are the tutorials.  There are regular contests too to keep if fun.  If you are a CSS expert or looking to learn, you should definitely check out this new CSS Forum .
